Cook your shin raymun noodles without the flavor powder,
instead put the powder in a bowl (option a: with garlic and
chili flakes). Take like two tablespoons of olive oil and
fry it on the stove until it starts to steam. When the oil
begins to steam pour it in the bowl on the powder and stir
(option b: add a spoonful of chili crisp to the mixture.)
Strain the noodles, put them in the bowl, and mix.
